At Moose Knuckles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day return policy to ensure you have plenty of time to make your decision.

Returns Process

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Free Returns: Enjoy free returns on all eligible items. To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at press@mooseknucklescanadahub.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item you no longer want, and place a new order for the desired product.
